Partner With Us For Dependable And Transparent Solutions

The infrastructure domain is a complex one. We deal with multiple components, high-risk and high-stake operations, and stringent compliance measures.

Our projects, over time, have sharpened our ability to develop a long- term vision and operational acumen. In turn, this skill set has ensured that we finish our projects on time, on budget, and set them up in a way that addresses current and possible risks.

How We Can Help:

Design an ERP solution with industry-specific functionality:

With relevant experience and exposure in the industry, we know precisely what infrastructure companies need. Therefore, we know how to factor in details related to contract management, resource planning, cost control and scheduling, and more.

Set up to scale for large- scale projects:

Although many aspects of an infrastructure project have a firm framework, there is still a need to be flexible. We can provide solutions accommodating multiple tasks, changing workflows and processes, and other concerns with a dynamic environment.

Integrate seamlessly with existing systems:

To ensure all your departments have the systems they need, we set up solutions that integrate into their current systems. This makes the adoption of new systems more straightforward.

Provide robust reporting and analytics capabilities:

We know tracking and monitoring are vital. We, therefore, include reporting modalities in our solutions that allow you to generate customized reports, perform data analysis, and gain insights into project performance.

How a US-based Construction Company used a portal and app to be more transparent and be ready for audits

3.   Approach

As the canvas for this project was broad, the first step was to understand what features and functionalities we wanted to include in the portal and app. This requirements gathering included understanding the solution’s primary and secondary goals. As the stakeholders were an extensive and varied group, communicating with them was key.

We created prototypes and wireframes that explained the layouts and communication flow of the solution. These were sent with support documents to help non-technical stakeholders understand how the solution would work. We also spent considerable time iterating on the UI/ UX features to ensure that the dashboards captured the critical information. Also, we incorporated feedback on making our dashboards more intuitive.
